Skyport Tycoon

Skyport Tycoon puts you in charge of a growing airport, and the satisfaction comes from watching a chaotic little terminal slowly become a smooth machine. You place gates, route passengers, hire staff and try to keep delays down while demand climbs.

There's a real dopamine loop to fixing a bottleneck. When your security line finally stops backing up because you rearranged the layout, it feels earned. The game does lean on timers, though, and a couple of late-game upgrades take longer than we'd like.

As an idle-ish management sim it's well tuned. Good for dipping in and out during the day, and surprisingly relaxing once you find your rhythm.
