Casinacho Games
Casinacho Games is one of those pick-up-and-go arcade collections that bundles a handful of small challenges into one app. Each mode is short, the loading is quick, and you can jump straight back into whatever you were doing on the bus. We came in expecting throwaway filler and stayed longer than planned.
Controls are the highlight. Everything runs on simple taps and swipes, and the game does a good job of keeping your thumb out of the action so you can actually see what's happening. The pacing ramps up nicely too — early rounds feel gentle, then the timing windows tighten and you have to concentrate. There's a light progression system that unlocks new minigame variants as you go, which gave us a reason to keep opening it.
What impressed us most is how readable the whole thing is. Bold shapes, clear feedback, no clutter on screen. It's not trying to be deep, and it doesn't pretend otherwise, but as a quick arcade fix it's polished and well made.
